The hotel is around 1km from the kyoto station. It takes around 7-10minutes to walk to Kyoto station. There is a bus station nearby. The hotel room is spacious compared to other hotels in Japan, and it's very clean. The staffs are friendly. We dont talk much due to the language barier, but they do their best to communicate with me using an interpreter device. There is also a free beverage machine in the lobby (coffee, tea, plain water). My fave is the barley tea.

This is 2nd stay. I visited during spring March2026 with my friend and now July2026 summer with my whole family. I choose this hotel because the rooms are spacious, the staffs are very helpful who came to my room to help me to contact the next hotel which my luggage is to send there as I cannot speak Japanese. The breakfast set were nice, my family love it. The breakfast restaurant serve Very nice japanese meals for lunch and dinner too. I had lunch and dinner here most of the time during my 3days 2nights stay. My older children enjoy the freebies that hotel provided and they can easily assess to do their laundry even late at night. The nearest station is kujo station which we can easily travel out as family, getting into train without much crowd at Kyoto station. I really love this hotel as there are buses just outside to travel around and a family mart near by. Walking distance to Kyoto station and Aeon mall. I will definately ce back to stay in Autumn and Winter season.

Solid hotel with a good location located 10-15 mins away from Kyoto station. The room itself was quite clean but the air conditioner in my room was dusty so I wasn’t able to use it much. Lots of great amenities on the first floor that is free to take. Felt safe as a female solo traveller.
