    I recently stayed here and found it to be a very solid choice for anyone visiting the Otsu area. The location is the standout feature—it is incredibly close to Ishiyama Station, making transit seamless. The surrounding area is very convenient; there are numerous restaurants and a grocery store within a short walking distance, which made evenings very easy. Regarding parking, please note that the hotel does not have its own lot. However, the staff was exceptionally kind and proactive in directing me to designated nearby slots where they offer a discounted rate. This level of service was much appreciated and mitigated the inconvenience. The room was a typical Japanese business hotel setup—compact and functional. While it wasn’t overly spacious, it was clean and provided everything necessary for a comfortable stay.

    Conviniently located a short walk away from the station, le Lac is a good cost efficient hotel. Room was clean and though a little small, was sufficient. Facilities such as a drink machine, humidifiers, air purifiers etc available in the lobby. Laundry room also available!
