    Out of the 03 blocks, block A & B are unliveable. I have attached pictures with poor maintenance of the rooms with bad smell and cobwebs. Block C with their so called super delux and premium rooms are average and may be considered as a last option for stay. There is no room service anywhere, Don't expect any other services also. Even a simple toothbrush is also not provided. No Wifi signals. Horrible breakfast with only 02 same items everyday. Bread toaster also broken. Asked for a boiled egg, and after 30 minutes received regret and not served. Water in swimming pool is not good. Eyes will start burning as soon as you enter into water. The lady manager there cares a damn about guest satisfaction. Location wise excellent

    A good clean place to stay for couples and family. Baga beach is just a short walk from the back of the hotel and the main shopping street is just a short walk from the front of the hotel.
