    I was very sure that I had kept my gold chain in the bedroom, as I have a habit of removing my gold chain before going to sleep. I noticed that it was missing and immediately checked with the staff that very same evening. However, I was informed that nothing had been found. Given the circumstances, I strongly believe that the chain may have been found by the housekeeping staff while cleaning the room. What was particularly disappointing was the response I received when I reported the matter. I expected the management to take the issue seriously, investigate it properly, and provide me with a satisfactory explanation. Unfortunately, the response I received was not acceptable. I request you to please look into this matter seriously, speak to the housekeeping staff who attended the room, check whether any lost-and-found record or CCTV footage is available, and provide me with a proper response.

    I recently stayed at Sharayu One, Mapusa, and had a very pleasant experience. The location was perfect for my requirements, with easy access to the court and the local market, all within walking distance. This convenience was one of the main reasons I chose the hotel, and it certainly did not disappoint. The hotel is also very reasonably priced, offering great value for money considering its central location and the quality of service provided. The staff were extremely helpful, supportive, and always willing to assist with any questions or requests. A special mention goes to Dan and Sanjay at the reception, who were exceptionally kind, courteous, and helpful throughout my stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and I had no issues whatsoever. The rooms and common areas were well maintained and comfortable. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced place to stay in the heart of Mapusa, with close proximity to essential amenities and local attractions, I would highly recommend Sharayu One. The combination of its excellent location, cleanliness, value for money, and outstanding staff made for a very enjoyable stay.
