    Staff stayed at back office leaving an empty lobby at mid-night; no security/ room key required to access any floor; room door is slightly come off from frame, and make it not properly self-closing.

    Walls were super thin. We can hear even the smallest movement next door. Kept us up late at night and early morning. We couldn't get a decent sleep throughout our stay. Location is not too bad but not the greatest either.
