    去年の同じ時期に滞在しましたが、その時から部屋が改装されていて、とても綺麗になっていました。部屋は3階で窓から見えるのは隣の建物の壁だけでしたが、そんなことも気にならないぐらい気持ち良く滞在できました。

    Hotel is infront of Aeon mall, beside the station. It is the best hotel location for going to Yachiyo.

    Not the first time I booked this place for my visiting family whenever they visit. But this time, we were met with unnecessary restrictions of not allowing me to support my elderly family member to the room to help him with heavy luggage. I was not staying and therefore couldn’t even be upstairs for 5 minutes to help, which was ridiculous and there was zero explanation (security, etc). Instead we were given a low grade wagon to carry the luggage, which was not helpful in reality as my elderly family member needed my help carrying the items, not by themselves. Overall very disappointing and unless the Manager reaches out to explain and apologize for this inconvenience, we may never choose to book here again and recommend others to NOT stay here also. We’ve always liked the hot public bath area and ideal location, but the poor service or lack thereof left a poor taste in our mouths and made us reconsider taking our business and loyalty elsewhere. Just unreasonably restrictive for no valid reason. Also annoying, was the more than 4-5 messages to me asking to confirm that we were still coming or else the booking would be canceled. You have my credit card right? If I no showed, you could simply charge me, right? Not because I’m a veteran hotelier, but as a guest with real expectations.
