    Excellent hotel with a perfect location! It's just a short walk from the train station and bus station, making it very convenient for getting around. There's also a shopping mall nearby, and you'll find hundreds of restaurants and food options within walking distance. The area is lively, safe, and everything you need is close by. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

    It was easy to get to the hotel from Narita airport. The shuttle bus stops directly in front of the elevator that take you up to the hotel, which is located in Sagami Ono Station lots of places for shopping and eating inside the station.

    Stayed with my family for four nights. Smooth check in process. Had to pay extra for my daughter since room capacity was only 2 people. There is breakfast available at the 3rd floor but only till 930am (last call). Very near shopping malls and transit hubs. Great comfortable stay overall.

    I had a single room on the women only floor for a week while visiting relatives. The room was clean and quiet. There is a laundry room also which was very helpful. The hotel is connected to a mall and shopping was easy. Lots of restaurants to choose from.
