Staff food and the treatments so good was really treated special.i will be back the new part of hot stone will be open in may and it will be stunning

1. No Hot Water: There was no hot water available during my entire stay, which caused considerable inconvenience. My friend has asked for a security guard to help change the gasoline for hot water at 2am. This is 2024 and I cannot believe hot water is provided by gas but not gas water heater, its changeable mini gas tank. I believe an average 4 star hotel will offer electricfied hot water. 2. Intermittent Water Supply: On multiple occasions, there was no water supply, which further disrupted my experience. Certainly not able to achieve a 4 star rating. 3. Power Interruptions: I also experienced several instances of electricity outages, making it difficult to enjoy basic amenities. The AC suddenly run out and the light were off. Again, certainly not able to achieve a 4 star rating.

Advertised amenities were extra, yoga reasonable price, but the sauna was not available every day and was incredibly expensive. Agoda lists an infinity pool which in incorrect - there is only a regular pool. Breakfast was fantastic! My favourite part of the stay. Staff were lovely. The open air bathroom is a nice idea but just invited mosquitos and you got wet using the toilet when it rained. Shower wasn't always hot.
