    It is very convenient, with easy access to the subway and nearby transport, which makes getting around Osaka simple and efficient. However, the hotel has several drawbacks that affected the stay. The room carpet did not seem very clean, and the air ventilation appeared dusty, which was disappointing since this also seems to match some past feedback. The blanket on check-in was dirty and yellowish, and I had to request a replacement. While the hotel offers free washing machines and dryers, the dryer was often unavailable because people did not collect their laundry after use, so staff help was needed quite often. The hotel does provide coffee, tea, and club lounge access, but bottled water was limited to two per room. Security also felt weak, since anyone could tailgate into the lift area leading to the rooms. Overall, the facilities looked old and not well maintained.
