    A very clean room every time that you come back from a long day of viewing the beautiful city of Osaka.

    A clean and quiet hotel. Great location, around 7 minutes walk to Osaka station. Close to malls and has a Family Mart location next door. Really convenient.

    The primary reason for staying in a hotel is room service which is missing in this hotel. And the staff is clueless and disinterested in any concern of the customer. They don’t even have bottled water in rooms nor do they respond to your requests (even basic request like shifting your bags to the rooms). For a basic thing like iron, we were asked to pick it up from the front desk. Rooms were clean but small for people travelling with bigger size luggage. Location is amazing (very close to Osaka JR station). Overall, this place cannot be considered for a stay more than a day.
