    Small room but everything that’s needed is there. Excellent location , I made extensive use of the bike which was very helpful. Only 4 minutes to bus station to go anywhere.

    I encountered a very painful experience when trying to cancel one of the rooms in my booking. My original booking consisted of 6 rooms. So, I wanted to reduce to 5 rooms because one of participants unable to join the trip due to health issues. The booking was done quite some time back, and the payment through credit card on certain date. When I made the cancellation request, the hotel was very hesitant to cancel despite the payment due date was still long way to go. After appeal and appeal, eventually the hotel agreed on the cancellation BUT impose a new rate for my booking! The new rate (for 5 rooms) happened to be almost the same before (6 rooms) despite maintaining the same booking number. Then another painful process of appeal taken place. To be honest, I didn't expect this to happen on a very established hotel like this Candeo Hotels Sano.
