    Very disappointing experience — especially while traveling with family and kids. The overall attitude of the staff felt cold and unhelpful, as if guest comfort was not a priority. We requested a simple kids’ meal (khichdi), and were told it can only be provided once a day — which was surprising and quite inconvenient. We had booked two rooms: Room 201: There was a constant foul smell coming from the washroom that spread across the room. A staff member came and placed a diffuser, but the underlying smell was so bad that we had to keep the door open and somehow manage through the night. Room 209: The room temperature was completely unstable — either extremely hot or extremely cold, with no comfortable middle setting. Despite informing the staff multiple times, no one came to fix the issue. Even at checkout, when we highlighted it again to the reception, the response was very casual. In contrast, at hotels like Jaypee or ITC, you genuinely feel that the staff is willing to help and go the extra mile. Here, it felt like the focus was only on charging, not on service or guest satisfaction. Overall, not a pleasant stay — especially difficult when traveling with kids.

    Although the staff cooperated but the rooms and facility was not clean when we checked in. Also the common areas were not properly maintained, indoor pool was dirty, billiard table was worn out and kids area was inaccessible due to construction.
