Located on the 7-mile beach, this place has a peaceful and super relaxing atmosphere. There are restaurants nearby, and just two hotels down the beach you can enjoy live music and easy beach access. The staff was extremely friendly, courteous, and welcoming throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Hotel has gone downhill because present owner is not taking care of property, not paying staff, does not always have food for the breakfast or toiletries in the room. Staff is great and derserves better! Heard that the present owner will be gone sometime this year

I booked my room last minute 10 pm and I went to the property 1030 pm and no one was there to check me in. After almost hour half the security found help and got me a room. Then the room had no hot water. I only paid $***but the prices is $***. This hotel is not worth $*** sorry

PROS: This resort is in great location! It is right on 7 mile beach, surrounded with bars and restaurants. The Hi-lo grocery store is only a 5min walk. CONS: This resort definitely needs new management!! It is extremely run down and in need of major maintenance. You'll notice poorly done repairs in the room and throughout the property. 1. AMENITIES either closed or not functional. No restaurant, pool was dirty, broken beach chairs & umbrellas, and not enough beach towels! 2. ROOM smells musty and at least 5 mosquitoes inside that will keep you up at night. Washroom is big and spacious. The water pressure is weak and sometimes, NO HOT WATER! The mattress is okay. 3. HOUSEKEEPING is not attentive, did not replenish basic needs like facial tissue, towels and glasses. YOU HAVE TO BUY drinking water because they don't provide one. 4. The FRONT DESK is also not helpful for a small request. She just forget! 5. BREAKFAST is served by unfriendly staff! It's continental with toast, fruit and coffee (eggs, bacon and sausage you pay extra). *If you want the best bang for your buck, this is not the place. Our stay was worthwhile because we've met fellow friendly Canadians and the beach is just stunning! Jamaica is indeed a paradise. Yeah mon :)
