    Geyser was not functioning at par but staff was good they did provide heater when requested Although they were not happy as we use to eat outside most of the time but otherwise I like everything else

    We stayed in multiple hotels in Auli, but this hotel had the best views. We even stayed in Mount rover which costs double the price, and had great views but still, the snow city had better views. With windows facing east for sunrise view🔥

    Location is fantastic but its very basic facilities, not great, food not up to mark, staff is very laid back. rooms view is good but its very basic not at all deluxe. though owner was nice to speak.
