    Though a good hotel but rooms are small and staff is always busy in the resraurant other than serving guest.God knows. Everytime, I have visited the restaurant,I ahce to specifically aks for a glass of water. They done serve water of their own, surpisimg , this is India. Where serving water is being teated as a "punaya ka kaam" and here we are paying money for our stay

    We have stayed through many good 5 star hotels before, but this particular hotel doesn't match the standard of the brand name. We were charged for literally everything, the walls were so thin that we could actually listen to people walking outside and staying beside our room. Privacy was compromised as the rooms had interconnected doors to the next rooms. Along with that, the staff was so confused within themselves that they were not delivering what they were promising. Along with that, we were being charged for literally everything even a few icecubes. The room keys wouldn't work, had to run back to the reception every now and then. The buffet food was also too pricey and did not meet upto the value of money. The housekeeping and the ground staff were polite but the people on the managerial level were extremely rude and unprofessional. We asked to change the room because of the privacy issue and upon which the housekeeping manager visited us and confirmed that we were up for a free upgrade to the suite room on another level of the hotel. However we were shifted to another room just like our previous one leaving us with no other option. The managers wouldn't budge even upon our continuous requests. The service was so slow and poor that even a simple request would take them too long and we would have to ask them again and again for the same thing. While shifting to the other room, we had to wait for someone to assist us with our luggage and then we called the reception again to remind them that we are waiting then after 30 minutes of no response we had to go to the reception ourselves and lash out on them about their horrible service and only then they sent someone to assist. Overall, we had an unpleasant experience here.
