    Excellent value hotel. My room had a kitchenette, filtered water, tea kettle, and good lighting options. Hot water and AC work well. Bed was firm, which I like, and wide. It was a nice room - exceeded my expectations and was quite modern in design. The only downsides: the bottom sheet had some oil stains on them and the bathroom towel was old/worn, so not soft. But they were clean and had clearly been washed. The first room they put me in had a noisy aircon exhaust (the exhaust fan caused a hanging light to keep knocking against it). I asked if they could change my room and they did. The second room had no problem. They only have 1 receptionist (at least at the night time that I arrived), and the reception desk is open to the street. So when the receptionist leaves his desk to show a guest to their room, there is no security or staff on the ground floor. So any opportunist could sneak in. I would recommend they have a 24-hr person in the lobby/reception area or at least a CCTV camera. I would stay here again though, because on the whole it is the nicest place with best amenities that I could find for that low price.

    On the day of check in the said that we don’t control the price on Agoda and hence we can’t allow you to check in if you don’t pay additional 1500/- night, on the day of check in.
