    The room was nice, but the floor was completely wet. There was a high risk of slipping while walking through the room. Although the room had been cleaned, the wet floor was not properly dried, making it unsafe.

    I recently stayed at Zoot Hotel in Kochi and it was really worth the price. The service was very good and the reception staff were kind and welcoming. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The hotel has good hospitality and whenever we needed anything, we could call and they would quickly arrange it and bring it to our room. Overall, it was a great stay for the price. I would definitely recommend it to others and give it a 10/10 rating.

    Staff and location were good. Rooms were basic which I expected. But bathroom had ants all over and the stink wouldn’t go even after spraying Deo all over. Sheets seems clean but old and brownish.
