    This was an extremely disappointing experience and falls far below the standards one would expect from a professionally managed property. The cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. It appeared that the floors had either not been mopped properly or had not been cleaned at all, as my legs literally turned black after walking around the room. This is basic hygiene and should not have been an issue in the first place. Even more concerning was the complete lack of coordination between the maintenance staff and the booking/front-desk team. The maintenance staff entered my room while I was still inside. This is a serious lapse in privacy and basic guest management. Such incidents reflect poorly on the management and demonstrate a clear lack of attention to basic cleanliness, communication, and guest privacy. I would strongly urge the management to review its housekeeping and staff coordination processes, because this level of service is simply not acceptable.
