Coming from the Background I have, this time I decided to try out a new property with Good ratings and was aware that I am taking a risk. While we can give 10/10 to staff, I strongly feel for occasions when hotel is empty, checking the guest profile and the amount that Guest is paying; better room allocation can be done. Room has a smell while we checked-in and it was informed to us that the smell there in all the other rooms as well. Moreover, I knew that it's a straight lie. Please mention the Ice cube charges, if it's mentioned somewhere I missed it, apologies for the same. QR scanner placed in the room, the sticker have lived its live and needs to be replaced. Check M2 While the Birthday night we spent changing back to back 3 rooms, as one room has an A.C. issue another hand both A.C. and T.V. issue. We settled in the 3rd room finally. I was not sure where to get a small cheese slice cake cutting done, in which room. Cheese cake needs drastic improvement, the base, the cheese evrything in it. Swimming pool is clear as per Hotel, but try visiting another Hotels, water should be crystal clear. Try chemical TCCA 90 maintaining the chlorine levels. Put in the evening, suction sweeping in the morning and you are sorted. The swimming pool washroom stinks and is in a very bad shape. Ceiling, walls are in terrible shape and lights doesn't work. Pls. Plan preventive maintenance of rooms, washrooms, A.C., T.V. atleast once in 6 months that will help out a lot. Polish seems to be done an year back and the sheer bed curtains needs replacement or stitching. Food : Mac and cheese needs improvement, your soup starters are superb just if we can try avoiding oil a bit from Indian Cuisine. Pizzas are amazing and Gatta curry needs to be promoted more. Margherita Basil pizza was spot on and Gatta in Gatta curry was perfect. Just with manchow and hot & sour soup, serving sauces is a must and dry noodles needs to be served with Manchow, it was served on the first day when we asked for it but it was soggy. Manchow essence is crispy noodles. I informed that I am celebrating my wife's bday, no decoration or planning was done by Hotel. I was ready to even pay for it; I have paid anyways to third party who did the decoration and it consumed my time as well. Rakesh was exceptionally helpful as one cake was arranged from his end and Major meal was served at the Canopy in front of the room. In any case I shared the theme with Hotel, Hotel can curate themselves and can sell these Unique Dining experience to guests, in cost more that 2000 INR for sure and Guests will agree. It's a win win situation for both guest and Hotel. Guest can relax and spend his off time and Hotel can make some revenue. Overall it was an amazing experience but sharing for Scope of Improvement.
