Located where all the yachts moor, restaurant excellent, one area to eat meals another if you just want a drink or snack, excellent view from our room, more options to eat nearby if you want. Duo on the bridge singing one evening, all excellent.

Overall property is fine. The restaurant is quite good and reasonably priced.
When we arrived we were told there was no water in the hotel but fairly certain it would be back on in a few hours. While I understand the problem to be one of city maintenance the hotel should have given us the option to change hotel or at least offer a significant discount of at least 50%. We had no water service making the stay very uncomfortable.
