    Rooms were spacious, location is pretty good, as you can get the Public transport very easily, has good food options. The staff was also supportive.

    1. Room size is very small. 2. TV & Fridge doesn't work. 3. Bathroom is very small. 4. No cleaning of rooms without repeated follow-ups with hotel staff. 5. Maintenance is poor.

    Overall hotel rooms are ok but there are so many problems about their services. Starting from checkin they changed the room type without getting consent and then AC was not working properly, probably were not serviced. The AC remotes were not working. No Proper parking facility and their driver scratched our new car while parking under the clothing showrooms. The hotel booking states Buffet breakfast at 8 AM , but they didn't give the breakfast and asked us to order and then they will prepare by taking an extra hour. We couldn't have breakfast for both the night stays. They should understand that timing is very important for the tourists as people come to the city with very tight timelines. We planned to checkout at 7 AM and they didn't have anybody to support for the luggage. People travelling with own car should avoid this hotel as no proper parking and its situated on the main road and just above the two clothing stores.
