About this apartment rental
This privately owned 2 bedroom Apartment sleeps 5, has two large balconies, one from the living area with dining tables, and one from the main bedroom with sun beds. The Apartment is a 3 minute walk from the supermarket and a 5 minute walk to the Beach, with plenty of bars and restaurants lining the sea front. The Marina is a 15 minute walk, which also has lots of bars and restaurants and a sealife center. Benalmadena Pueblo, Mijas, Fuengirola and Malaga are short bus journeys away. Due to the central location of the Apartment, there is no need for a car. The Apartment has one double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge area, all with air conditioning. There are two bathrooms, both with showers and baths. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, oven, washing machine, kettle, toaster and a microwave. The Lounge has a flat screen TV with satellite stations including, BBC, ITV, SKY and many more. There is also free wifi available.
Bath and Beach towels are included as well as hair dryers. Pueblo Evita has 3 pools including an indoor heated pool and a rooftop pool (just one floor above) with stunning views. The apartment is great. A spacious 2 bed apartment with 2 bathrooms, one being en suite to the main bedroom. It has 2 balconies, one of which is accessed through the main bedroom and has 2 sun loungers. This balcony gets the sun from around midday onwards. The other off the living area has tables and chairs for al fresco dining. We felt at home immediately on our arrival. Whilst we were there, we experienced great weather with the temperature in the high 20’s so when in the apartment, we spent all our time on one of the balconies. Of the apartments we have stayed in recently this proved to be the best for comfort and location.
The apartment has a great supply of towels and linen as well as crockery and utensils. It is well furnished and the bed was really comfortable, which is not always the case when staying in apartments.
This really is a great apartment the only point to be aware of as mentioned in other reviews is that the apartment is up several flights of stairs (we counted 86 steps) which if you are fit is not an issue. There is no lift to the apartment so carrying a 23kg suitcase as I did was a challenge and when carrying shopping and heavy bottles of water it gives you a good cardio workout. So if you have mobility or fitness issues you might struggle on occasions.
All that said it really is a nice apartment and as long as I remain mobile and fit I would be happy to return to this apartment.

The apartment was just like in the pictures. It was cosy, well equipped, clean and spacious. It has nice two terraces. The other one offered comfortable shadow and the other one was just perfect for sun bathing. Air-conditioning in each room and two bathrooms. The pool on the top floor were just one floor up from the apartment. It was a great bonus! And it wasn’t crowded at all during our stay (Mid of June). There were also small bar on the top floor's pool area where you could by some drinks and snacks. Opening hours were same as the pool area had. Supermarket was located nearby as well several restaurants and the beach. Excellent location. As the apartment is located on upper floors, there were some stairs to climb but the view and the apartment was worth it. Communication with the owner of the apartment was very smooth and friendly. Property Manager at the spot was very helpful. We can highly recommend the apartment and we could definetely rent it also in the future.

The apartment was exactly as depicted in the photographs and was impeccable and clean. Very quiet surroundings (albeit we were in the low season, so, not many neighbors). Our host Gillian was extremely helpful and very nice.
Although there are quite a few steps to climb in order to get to the apartment, this is what gets you the fabulous views over the Benalmadena coast line.
The beds were very comfortable and we had a great selection of linens and towels. Kitchen has excellent appliances. Wifi access was excellent and TV has good selection of local (spanish) and foreign (english/french/german) channels.
Pueblo Evita complex is very well located, close to bus/train to all surrounding areas. Mercadona (supermarket) and many shops less than 2 min. form the complex. Great variety of restaurants and shops...

The apartment was great - very much as described, clean, well furnished and equipped with great views. The location was perfect for us - 10 mins walk to the beach and 10 mins the other way into town (lots of excellent local tapas bars). The apartment was very quiet when we were there. Tom answered all questions promptly in the run up to the holiday and Gillian met us on the day and told us everything we needed to know. We would definitely come here again.
The only point to be aware of if you are interested in the apartment is that there are around eight flights of stairs up to the front door from the street with no lift. This wasn't a problem for us but you do need some basic fitness!
