We did not get the room we had booked for months in advance. We were told the previous guest wanted to extend stay and they let them. Instead we were told to compromise with a much smaller and very poor quality room where the windows didn’t open and the aircon was faulty. We hardly slept all night! It was stuffy! The TV did not work. They did not give us the basic amenities like towel, mineral water etc until asked a few times! I believe there has been a change of management. The previous one was excellent. At breakfast we realised all the other guests were also complaining a lot. I am hoping for a refund if not a compensation from Agoda for our dreadful stay. Definitely do not recommend anymore!

The hotel is well located, which is why we chose it, but unfortunately the service and room condition did not justify the high charges. My parents had to change four rooms on the first day — the first had a faulty bathroom door lock, the second had non-working switches, and the third had a locked bathroom door. Even after settling into a fourth room, there was no water available the next morning. Overall, the experience was disappointing given the price.
