    I was expecting a better 4star, specially in Italy! This is an honest review and I hope the management will take notice of my comments. First your dinner buffet, very less selection, not so clean, presentation not so inviting. The desserts have just 1-2 options and somehow it looks like coming from the convenience store. The lasagna and pizza are very dry, looks like it was made a day before or leftovers, just being honest. Worse the pineapples, looks like coming from a canned goods. I hesitated to get from their fruit section, how can you guys serve such? Now the service, 7/10. The Breakfast, no one controls the front? Like I could have not paid the extra breakfast, buffet is very very basic, something coming from a convenience store, no touch of human feelings. The plates are not washed properly, my daughter come and she hurt her hand because under the plate was very hard sauce or pasta sauce, so I went to inspect and saw 2 more plates which are not clean properly. The room was fine, the bed was comfortable. Clean? 8/10 the price is reasonable but of course, we knew why.

    We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport, but unfortunately, we felt it did not fully meet the expectations of an airport hotel. The bar selection was limited, the food machines in the reception area were neither very appealing nor properly stocked. The nearest shop was a 20-minute walk away and closed at 8 PM. The pool was a bit cold and closed already at 7 PM, which was disappointing for a hotel where many guests arrive late or leave early. The children’s area was also very limited. For guests with allergies, the lack of ingredient information was a concern. The staff could not even confirm whether the vegan croissant was actually vegan. The airport transfer was also expensive, with a 10-minute shared taxi ride costing 30-35 Euro for a family. Positives: * Large and comfortable double bed * Good service in the pool area * Spacious bathrooms Overall, the hotel has comfortable rooms and some good service, but several areas could be improved to better suit its role as an airport hotel.
