Novotel's rooms are really clean and well maintained. The staff is also quite helpful, however dining options seemed limited and overpriced.

Nice hotel, 10 minutes by car from the airport, Shuttle bus every 30 minutes from hotel to airport and vice versa, €5 per person. Lack of plugs in the room, was an issue while having to charge 4 devices. Reception place was very convenient Good restaurant, but they charge €3 per person, including small kids, just to sit

Air conditioning in one room 5/10 in the other 8/10, Linens 9/10, Sanitation 7.5/10, Free Parking 10/10, Location 9/10 for MXP airport, Staff in general 8/10, Hot& Cold water 10/10, Room Service 7/10, In room cafeteria 9/10, Overall Cleanliness 8/10, General Condition of the Rooms 7/10 (may need simple renovation), Internet Access in both rooms 8/10, Elevators 10/10. My opinion, before travelling from Milano, you have rental car, you are tired, need to arrange your luggages and even if you have a fast trip back to Milano, its very appealing deal 8.5/10 overall

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport, but unfortunately, we felt it did not fully meet the expectations of an airport hotel. The bar selection was limited, the food machines in the reception area were neither very appealing nor properly stocked. The nearest shop was a 20-minute walk away and closed at 8 PM. The pool was a bit cold and closed already at 7 PM, which was disappointing for a hotel where many guests arrive late or leave early. The children’s area was also very limited. For guests with allergies, the lack of ingredient information was a concern. The staff could not even confirm whether the vegan croissant was actually vegan. The airport transfer was also expensive, with a 10-minute shared taxi ride costing 30-35 Euro for a family. Positives: * Large and comfortable double bed * Good service in the pool area * Spacious bathrooms Overall, the hotel has comfortable rooms and some good service, but several areas could be improved to better suit its role as an airport hotel.
