Asked about adjusting the room temperature, front desk attendant said it “feels okay” to him and that room temperature could not be adjusted. Never encountered this issue before.

This is actually my second time staying at this hotel, not my first. This time, we came with our children for an 8-day, 7-night vacation. We booked two rooms: one for the parents and another for our three children.
While the parents' room was fine, the kids' room had three beds that were completely different from the ones in the other rooms. They were extremely uncomfortable, with the springs poking directly into their backs to the point where it was practically impossible to sleep on them. After contacting the front desk, they promised to look into it, but they did absolutely nothing,They didn't replace them, didn't improve the situation, and didn't even get back to me. As a result, the kids had to sleep on those three uncomfortable beds for the entire seven nights.
Another major issue: when booking, we explicitly requested adjacent rooms (parents next to the kids), Instead, the hotel placed us (the parents) on one side of the building and our children on the completely opposite side. This was incredibly frustrating. Here, too, there was absolutely no response or effort to help, and the hotel staff brushed it off as if nothing happened. It was highly disappointing; I expected much better service.
On the positive side, the breakfast was good with a wide variety of options. The hotel is not luxurious, but it is in a convenient location and is relatively clean.
Regarding the air conditioning: the AC in the parents' room worked great, but the one in the kids' room didn't work well—even though the kids' room was supposed to be a "Superior" room. Very disappointing. My overall rating for this hotel is low. It’s a shame, as a good experience relies heavily on service and actually listening to the guests.
