    Very disappointing experience — Worst hotel staff The hotel staff was extremely rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. The overall service was very poor, and the staff’s behaviour made our stay uncomfortable. The room/service also did not meet expectations considering the price we paid. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Management seriously needs to improve staff behaviour, customer service, and overall guest experience Worst hotel experience. The rooms were not clean at all, and the washroom was in terrible condition. The walls were damaged and the overall maintenance of the property was extremely poor. On top of that, the hotel staff was rude and unprofessional and did not provide proper assistance. The condition of the hotel was completely different from what was shown while booking. Definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The management seriously needs to improve cleanliness, maintenance, and staff behaviour.
