    The ambience was good Proximity to the beach the lovely hi tea was the best Breakfast spread was good Dinner was below average Swimming pool restroom was clogged and over flowing with soapy water upto ankle throughout which was a big put off

    Our Stay at the Sheraton Grand Resort on the ECR, was overall an exceptional experience. Was travelling with the family, stayed for a day for a laidback experience and felt time flyby. Thanks especially to Kaushani, who was our guest manager and took care of every bit of detail thoroughly.

    We had a wonderful experience at the Sheraton grand and truly enjoyed our stay. The amenities were excellent, and the atmosphere was beautiful, relaxing, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We received a very warm welcome, and a special shout-out to Yemti at the reception, who took exceptional care of us throughout our stay. She was extremely attentive and went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, especially with the decorations and other arrangements. She also helped us with everything we needed, including dinner and breakfast arrangements, and made sure we were comfortable throughout. Her warmth and helpful nature really made our experience special. The food was absolutely delicious and exceeded our expectations. A big thank you to Chef Ravi for preparing such wonderful food. Every meal was tasty and enjoyable. We would also like to appreciate mahtab and Krishna, who took great care of us during breakfast and throughout our time at the resort. Their service was warm, attentive, and genuinely appreciated. Overall, it was a memorable and wonderful experience. The beautiful atmosphere, excellent amenities, delicious food, and especially the hospitality of the entire team made our stay truly special. Thank you to everyone for making our visit so enjoyable. We would be happy to visit again!
