The ambience and cleanliness
The Breakfast was very average for the amount that was charged for the stay.

The location of the resort is just besides sheraton but almost 1/4th the cost making it very valuable for the money spent.
The restaurant at the beach had some delicious food which is a perfect ambience as it has a lawn sitting beside the beach.
The staff too is courteous. We checked in at an odd time of 3 am but yet was seamless.
Mr Kumar, the reservation manager landed up giving us a great deal. He understands customers needs and made the vacation possible.
Dont quite remember the people who served us at the restaurant, but the staff is extremely polite and respectful.
The highlight is the 24 hour availability of hot water just as you get in any 5 star hotel.
The breakfast too was smacking good. Being from Mumbai, it was a nice cultural food extravaganza.
