    The staff were nice and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. There is a temple nearby and some eateries too.

    This hotel provides amenities and services equivalent to a luxury hotel. Neat, clean, spacious room, good staff, good food. Definitely recommended

    We arrived at the location by 8 AM and freshened up at a nearby lodge for ₹200. After breakfast, we had about 1.5 hours until the 12 PM check-in. We asked the receptionist if early check-in was possible since rooms seemed available, but she demanded an extra ₹1,000. While she was speaking to another guest, we waited and then politely asked for a discount, as it was just an hour early. Instead of a simple no, she rudely said, “Pay ₹1,000 extra then room is available; if you don’t pay then room is not available, you will have to wait until check-in.” My husband intervened, noting we were just asking a question, but she snapped back: “Either pay ₹1,000 or wait until 12.” She saying no is also fine, but portraying us bad was too much. We were stunned by her response, as we were as polite as possible. Even if I shrug this off as a communication gap or something, deliberately telling we were the problem was something that we didn’t expect. We were deeply disappointed by her lack of hospitality and waited in the lobby. When the manager arrived, she complained to him that we had demanded the room immediately and argued—twisting the story when she was the rude one, treating us like we were begging for charity. After check-in, we weren’t provided water bottles for any of our 3-night stay. On the second day, we spotted the housekeeping lady in the hallway while leaving and asked her to provide them.
