    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Before booking, I noticed the reviews were mixed, so I wasn't sure what to expect. However, after staying at Triguna Hotel, Kurnool, I can confidently say my experience was truly exceptional. My stay at Triguna Hotel, Kurnool was truly exceptional. From the moment I checked in until my departure, everything was handled with the highest level of professionalism and care. The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The housekeeping standards were outstanding, reflecting the hotel's commitment to quality and hygiene. What impressed me the most was the hospitality. Every staff member was courteous, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Their polite behavior and prompt service made the entire experience seamless and memorable. The excellent service, spotless rooms, and warm hospitality make Triguna Hotel one of the finest places to stay in Kurnool. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a premium and comfortable stay, and I look forward to visiting again.

    Old building, Rooms are big, we got triple bed instead of queen or double bed. Found bed bugs and they have given another room. Parking available but it’s a bit of mess. 1km from NH44

    Do the hotels not care or give important to online reservations thru aggregators or provide bad rooms ? It was so obvious that they did not bother to check if the AC in the rooms was working or not before checking us in. Informed them on both the occasions when I stepped out to fix it but they did not care. Wasted the very few hours of time we wanted to take rest for calling, arguing, letting technicians repair. Technician showed the frustration on me stating other customer did something to the AC. He did something but expected the AC would take one hour to cool. Some other staff person told me to leave the AC on while stepping out. AC in one of the two rooms worked after it was repaired. However, the AC in my room did not function though it was attended twice by different technicians. Receptionists offered change of room without much of concern while the AC is being repaired. Little did I know that they offered because AC cannot be fixed . When asked about how would they compensate, they took agaoda will do the needful as it is not a direct booking. I did not feel good hospitality from the reception staff. The person who was in the evening shift was impatient and had no interest to listen. Overall it is a very bad experience and never encountered this type of irresponsible behaviour and don't care attitude. Hope to hear back from agoda team

    Rooms and bathrooms are clean. A bit expensive, but considering there are not good stays in Kurnool, it is recommended. There is certain smell comes from the lobby.
