    Very old and looks rundown. The bedsheets were rough and dirty. No aircon. Toilet was small too. Bring your own toiletries.

    The room was very small, and the bathroom was even smaller, making it uncomfortable to take a proper bath. The breakfast options were very limited, and the food was served by the staff instead of allowing guests to take what they wanted, unlike most hotels. We also requested milk or curd for our baby, but it was not provided, which was disappointing.

    We are 2 friends and while booking this hotel, I have selected for a twin bed option. The hotel did not provide and they were reluctant to answer. Also the room was stinking and the hotel was reluctant to change the room. The washrooms were not clean, and the ventilation was not good. Tried calling Agoda personnel on that day to escalate, Unfortunately there is no luck connecting with them. Overall it was a worst experience from the hotel as well as Agoda for bot able to talk to them

    Location is very central though the road outside is always full of traffic. The hotel was just ok, the food was not good, specially breakfast buffet can be improved. Oily spicy food, not able to eat.
