    Excellent location, great food and courteous staff. Ample parking and very near to bus stand and other attractions such as bryant park, coakers walk and lake. Highly recommend this place. Food is a bit expensive but it's worth it for the quality.

    Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and there were several things that I really appreciated about the resort. What I liked: * The location is excellent, with shops and other conveniences nearby. * The resort has a children’s play area, which is a great addition for families. * The bonfire and entertainment activities were enjoyable, especially for families with children. * The entertainment team did a good job of keeping guests engaged during the bonfire. * Overall, I would say this is a very family- and child-friendly place. A point to consider for senior citizens: Since this is a hill-station property, there are quite a few steps and walking between different areas of the resort. This could be somewhat difficult for elderly guests, especially if they need to move around frequently. Having better accessibility options would make the stay more comfortable for senior citizens. My main concern – basic amenities: Since this is a hill station and the weather can be quite cold, I was surprised that slippers were not provided as a complimentary basic amenity. Guests may not be comfortable walking barefoot on the cold floor, particularly children and elderly people. For a standard resort, I feel that basic amenities should be maintained consistently regardless of the season. Reducing such basic amenities based on the season can affect the overall guest experience. Check-out experience: One more thing that I found uncomfortable was the room inspection during check-out. The staff checked the room in front of us, including counting the towels and checking the washroom. I have stayed at many resorts and hotels, and I have never experienced this kind of check-out process before. Since this was my second stay at this resort, I felt the same awkwardness this time as well. I understand that the resort needs to ensure that everything is in order, but this could be handled in a more discreet and guest-friendly manner rather than conducting the inspection in front of the guest.

    It would be good if the hotel provides. A fan inside the room since the doors of the balcony cannot be kept open. It gets very closed with no air circulation.
