    The stay was disappointing due to several issues. Staff were not welcoming and basic hospitality, like offering water, was missing. The rooms had a smoke smell despite being non-smoking, and used towels were left when the room was prepared for new guests. The food quality was below expectations—served late, with watery buttermilk, stale vegetables, and dal lacking freshness. Even after complaining, no satisfactory complimentary gesture was provided.
