    Bed Arrangement: The room had two single beds joined together to make a double bed. However, the beds kept moving apart frequently, creating a gap between them. This was inconvenient and uncomfortable, especially while sleeping. Dressing Table Light: The dressing table light was not working, which made it difficult to use the dressing area properly, especially at night. Room Cleanliness: The room was not properly cleaned, and the overall housekeeping was not up to the expected standard. Hot Water: Hot water was not available 24 hours a day as expected. At certain times, hot water was unavailable, which caused inconvenience. Dental Kit: A dental kit was not provided in the room. We called the reception in the morning to request one, and although they later brought it, it was not available in the room initially. Response from Reception: We informed the reception about all these issues, but unfortunately, no proper action was taken to resolve the problems in a timely manner. We expected better service and a more prompt response from the hotel staff.
