    First of all the hotel refused to serve soft drinks or liquor (it's a 4 start hotel) that's straight up utterly disappointing. If a hotel can't serve simple Thumps up or Coke then what other demand will it fullfill. It's quite away from main tourist spots so travelling is always a hassel. Facilities or Mini Bar at room is also not provided they just give you a fridge . In short not recommended either by the name of Marriott or as a 4 star hotel. I would definitely book another hotel if visited again.

    The quantity of food for the price they are serving is not relatable at all. The swimming pool is under renovation, yet they didn’t offer any reimbursement or discount. The bar has been closed long ago, but they are still showing it in the menu card, which is very misleading. The night-time menu is extremely limited, and honestly, other 3-star hotels offer a much bigger menu. Food taste is terrible. The paneer karam podi was so bad, and the puri they served was fried in old oil, full of burnt, charred black residue. Honestly, even roadside street food oil is much better. The curry served with the puri was extremely salty — I couldn’t eat even a single bite. The size of the idlis they serve is also very inconsistent — they are not uniform at all. The cherry on top: when I booked two separate reservations for three people on two different dates, they told me I needed to book one more room just because they entered the first two people’s names on the second day as well. This is completely unreasonable. Honestly, other hotels like The Park are far better in comparison.
