    Location was disappointing and it was inside town.

    I had a very bad experience at this hotel. The general manager behaved in an extremely unprofessional and intimidating manner. He threatened me by saying that the hotel owner is a politician and implied that I could face consequences. He shouted at me and even threatened me and my family, which was very disturbing. He came to my room and told me to vacate because I had booked the room for two adults and did not mention my children (aged 10 and 5). However, the booking site clearly stated that the room can accommodate up to three adults. Despite this, they pressured me to pay extra charges. I explained that I was not asking for any additional mattress or bed for my children, but they still insisted on charging more and continued to harass us. This behavior is completely unacceptable and caused significant stress to my family. Overall, it was a horrible and stressful experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

    1)Unattended Reception Upon arrival, there was no staff present at the reception desk to welcome or assist us. We had to wait and search for someone to help with the check-in process, which was quite frustrating—especially after a long journey. 2)Kitchen Under Maintenance The hotel kitchen was under maintenance during our stay, which meant that no food or room service was available. This was quite inconvenient, especially since there were no nearby restaurants or shops to grab a quick meal. 3)Lighting Issues in the Room Several lights in the room were not functioning properly. Some bulbs were flickering, while others didn’t work at all, which made the room feel dim and poorly maintained. 4) Room Not Ready Despite Late Check-In Even though we checked in later than the standard check-in time, the room was still not prepared. We had to wait further for basic things like bed sheets and towels, which was unexpected and disappointing. 5) Unclean Room The room was not clean upon arrival. The floor was dusty, the bathroom hadn’t been properly cleaned, and the linens looked used or unwashed. This lack of hygiene significantly affected our comfort and overall experience.
