    Basic things were missing like Land line not in working condition, TV and remote not in working condition, load shedding issue, no one picked a call in emergency, drinking water missing, no heater and geyser inside room and washroom. Our stay in this property was very horrible...

    We were stuck in a long traffic jam. I tried to call the hotel and ask them to keep food for us. They did not pick up the call. And when we finally reached the hotel they took quite long to confirm our stay and then refused to provide dinner. I had two small kids and old mother with me. This kind of behaviour was not expected. Thus I would not recommend this hotel for people who are travelling with family. Cleanliness was another issue. We were provided with uncleaned rooms.

    They don't have electric gyser. They will give you wire to heat the water in winters. Rest all was good. Comfortable stay, clean rooms, carpeted floors. It's a normal hotel with all necessary facilities needed. Also bathroom was very clean. Recommended stay.
