    Poor service from the two ladies at the front desk. Very disappointed with their attitude and lack of helpfulness. Both looked at customers as if they were strangers and showed little willingness to assist. I would strongly recommend sending them for customer service training to improve their professionalism and customer interaction skills.

    I auppsed to checked in around 12 pm afternoon and only manage to reach chennai around 7.30 pm. However the room was not ready and given to other Hotel guest which we get to know from the hotel guest on the following say morning during breakfast and we only got our room at 10.30 pm. And not only me there are few other guest was also wsiting since 2 pm it seems and only get their room around 9 pm waited almost 10hrs for our room. I would like all Malaysian or who ever booking this hotel please do not book this hotel

    Room are bad in condition , power points not functioning, TV out dated model, can’t view many channels especially sports channels completely blocked even after many requests nothing done . Bathroom facilities bad, hot water is an issue. There are few good points. a. Location good, easy excess to shopping centre / temples. b. Front offices staffs are very polite and helpful. Especially the room manager . c. Restaurant food good / breakfast 👍 dThis hotel has 24hrs check in / check out policy. If you check in at certain hours , you can check out next day same time as you checked in . But unfortunately this facility is only for direct booking not for Agoda booking . Agoda booking check out time is 11am. I had to pay full payment for 6 hours extra stay as my return flight was at 11pm. Agoda charges are higher than direct booking fee . I am disappointed with Agoda as I felt cheated , will never book any hotels with Agoda in future.
