It was in a bad location. The room was very small and I could hear a lot of noise outside.

There was construction happening at the adjacent site. The noise was somewhat uncomfortable. Hotel was nice, good breakfast spread. 10 mins walk to the metro line and restaurants. Pleasant staff. Room was small.

I won’t say anything about the distance as others did because I already knew it was a bit far (roughly 20 min from downtown by train) - but my review is about the experience itself. We requested separated beds and when we got to the room their were side by side as a full QS bed. I went to the reception to say I requested separated, they said they would send someone. When that room attendant arrived she said it was already as singles (the mattresses were made as singles) but the config of the beds and the bed stands were as couple. Then instead of her separating it she say “if you want them apart you can do it, it’s ok” haha then I had to move the furniture around myself. Later on when we went for a shower the bathtub had the drainer stuck; we went to call the reception and the phone wasn’t working either 🤡, then I had to dress up again and go down to the reception; they sent someone after roughly 15 min and the guy spent a good 30 minutes to be able to remove the tab from the drainer, then he sat it aside and said “it’s fixed” - then he moved to the phone and realized the phone was really out and say he could try to find a new one but I was late so I was like “ok, we do that tomorrow”, then when on the shower I put back the lid of the drainer because I wanted to use the tub as a tub, just to find out it was stuck again (really it was broken. and his “fix” was just removing it, which I found hilarious) then on my way out I reported to the reception again and he was like “but why did you put it back? - talking about the lid*” and I was like , well he said it was fixed and I want to use the tub as intended. Then he was like “fair enough” then I asked for a new room and he said we could get one the next day before 10 AM. Next day ofc we didn’t get it before 10 but it didn’t matter because we had to leave for business anyways so in the evening when we got back, we got the new room, but there is was again; the infamous beds with the couple setting and I had to again be moving all forniture around myself. At least on the new room the drainer at the tub works. For the trouble I was expecting at least an “ we’re sorry” but got nothing. I have over 14 years of experience in the hospitality sector so I was finding everything hilarious; because there was no such standard at this hotel. Breakfast was the last bummer as online when I booked It said, and up to this day it still says on agoda website, a X price for breakfast, when we got to the hotel it was 3 times more expensive. Still an okayish price but that’s not the point. Also, the hotel has absolutely nothing to offer; no pool, no gym, no solarium, no nothing and I also haven’t seen the bar open in the evening. So all in all that’s it, for the price it’s def not worth it
