    The property is average but has a swimming pool which is good for this budget. Overall cleanliness is average, facilities are in poor condition. The swimming pool however is usable and the ambience is good as it it set amidst coconut fields and the area behind this property is good for a walk. This property if maintained well could have been much better and could match the pictures displayed. The staff however are very helpful and honest. The caretaker too was very honest and helpful. Overall a good stay considering the budget but it is a little remote and away from the main city. Kids will enjoy the pool.
