    “My experience at Opal Hotel was not good. The room condition was poor. The washbasin was clogged and the water was not draining properly, which was very inconvenient. The AC was also not working, making the stay uncomfortable. The most disappointing part was the staff behavior. Even after complaining, there was no proper support or solution provided. Overall, the hotel needs improvement in both maintenance and customer service

    It used to be good but now it's just running chizz they have a sort of monopoly in Rampur. There are hardly any good hotels in the city and people visiting Rampur stay here due to lack of options. Rooms are noisy due train tracks behind the hotel and laundry above 2nd floor which is something new as mostly they are in the basement. Light fixtures are sometimes broken, noise insulating windows do not supress noise anymore as they are worn out, bathrooms need toilet seat replacement as some of them have their seat covers broken and seats stained. They can still improve the conditions but if they do not, very soon one would prefer to stay there

    Stayed for a night. Room and lobby intercom weren't working, so had a horrible time connecting with room service, reception and restaurant. Staff weren't helpful either. Nobody was considerate enough to solve the problem.
