    1. *Note*:- No latch is present at the door to close the door to feel safe . From inside only card sensor system there and anybody can open if they will have master card and same thing happen with me at 3am at mid night when we both were sleeping.A incident happened with me which raises serious concern. At around 3 am in the night when we were sleeping ,A hotel staff came and open the door of my room with a master card fortunately at that time i was awake and as I noticed i pull the door back and shouted at 3 am then he ran back. Then I asked to the hotel what behaviour is this what you guys are doing he answered we were doing deep cleaning. And we were not aware that you are inside. How it is possible what rubbish answer is this. I don't know at 3 am who do cleaning and all. As I was with my gf so any how I stepped back . But this is the worst ever experienced of my life.what was the intention what they were trying to do. We hadn't slept whole night because of that. No saftey.Please don't go in this type of hotel. 2. They have not provide a single plate after asking so many time nor even complementary water bottle. 3.They denied to give me city view room where as I have booked that only after reviewing that listing ,they have mentioned on the site. Totally bad experience Big big no guys🚫⛔️❌️❌️❌️❌️
