    The hotel is old and all facilities are quite outdated. I would not call it a 4 star property as standard amenities like hair drier, shower cap, bathroom floor mat were missing. Staff is very co-operative but service is sluggish. The remote of AC in my room was non functional and AC was chilling the room so much I could barely sleep. The hotel amenities were under renovation, so I hope the hotel might provide a better experience.

    Reception gave me the room which was in disorderly state, when u complained he sent me tk different room, again there phone for reception was wired off and not working and then i asked him to make it right, he acknowledged but didnt send anybody , so i felt cheated for the money i paid for. This experience came on the third time i checked in to the room, first two check ins that i did consecutively , that stay was fine for me, which led me to book for the third time.

    Non of the facilities in the hotel, no gym, no swimming pool, very small and cramped rooms. Overall very bad experience
