Property is ill maintained. Cleanliness is far from vicinity. &houseflies a menace. Only saviour is good food and lawn and mountain viewfrom balcony

Every thing is good but, in night electric is cut from 1 AM to 5 AM due this my sleep is disturbed. I have habbit to sleep in fan no matter how much is cold there. But due to this electricity cut my sleep is disturbed. Rest all are very good.

We stayed at this resort with our toddler, expecting a relaxing and family-friendly experience, but unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations. The only good part was parking and a well maintained park (only few section) The biggest concern was the maintenance. The swimming pool was not clean and appeared to be poorly maintained, which made us uncomfortable using it. The kids’ play area also lacked proper upkeep, with several toys broken or damaged, making it unsafe and disappointing for young children. The indoor games section was equally underwhelming. Games like carrom and snooker were of very poor quality and not properly maintained, taking away from the overall recreational experience. The breakfast spread was just average, but what was most concerning was finding a fly in my cup of tea. This raised serious questions about hygiene and food quality. Another disappointing aspect was the pricing of basic necessities. A bottled water with an MRP of ₹20 was being sold at around three times its price, which felt unreasonable and unfair for guests staying at the property.
