    Dear Management, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the unprofessional behavior exhibited by your front desk staff during my recent interaction at Goutham Grand Hotel, Tenali. This is the second time I’ve had an unpleasant experience at your reception. I had booked a room for my Chartered Accountant, and as a resident of Tenali, I intended to meet him in his room for a business discussion. However, I was abruptly told that "outsiders are not allowed to visit rooms" and was asked to conduct the discussion outside the hotel premises. As a 3-star business-class hotel, it is expected that your team understands the professional nature of such meetings. The rude and dismissive attitude of the receptionist was shocking, and it felt as though the room was provided as a favour rather than a paid service. Given this repeated inconvenience and unwelcoming attitude, I regret to inform you that I will not be choosing Goutham Grand Hotel for any future bookings. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that staff are trained to maintain professionalism and courtesy in their dealings with guests. Sincerely, Karunakara Rao Mitnasala
