    Facilities and Location The facilities are very good, and the hotel is conveniently located near the temple. The on-site restaurant is also enjoyable. Room & Service Issues The third-floor room was comfortable but quite congested, offering very little space to move around and freshen up. Additionally, some of the service staff exhibited rude behavior. Management & Service Concerns The main issue during our stay was the handling of our checkout. Even though I had agreed to pay an extra fee for an extended checkout while we visited the temple, the front desk called us repeatedly. More distressingly, staff knocked on the door 3 to 4 times while my elderly mother—who suffers from arthritis—was resting inside alone. This level of harassment was unacceptable and not what we expected from the hotel management.

    Dirty water cooler, water mixed with mud, and afterwards staff arguing like who checks water like that? Dirty bedsheets, then staff arguing how can it possible in two rooms ? Staff acting like illiterate, not even willing to read clear written mobile number ! Reading 9 to written 8! etc etc...
