    I was visited 2 times but this time AC is not working complain about it but one person just clean further complaint but no one come third time also complaint for it upro evening 5 hours we were stayed in hot No other rooms shifted by them For keys we were waiting for 1 hour from 1 pm to 2.30 pm All tourists were shouting but no senior person come out and solve it Please don’t go in seasons

    The resort is under renovation. While booking nothing was visible but while we went there we learned that entire resort is almost under renovation and due to which nothing is provided by them. Bar was closed. Food is pathetic. We had dinner for which they provided stinking chicken at the restaurant and the breakfast which we had included also had khaman which was stinking bad and wasn’t fresh. While asking for water during the checkout we were told that we don’t have water bottle and my child was thirsty. Even during the checkout it was mentioned that if you will extend till 12 instead of 11:30 then we shall charge you for next day which was rude to the customer from their end. It was a worst experience even with Kamats. Would not recommend at all.
