    The room we were in (Room no. 111) had a broken wooden flooring with nails coming out. The washroom had a major drainage issue. Food was below average. Services were okay. This property needs urgent renovation to sustain itself. It's not worth the amount they are charing for one night.

    We had a very disappointing four days stay at the property. Although it’s quite big and spacious but our room was very shabby and the bathroom was awfully smelly. The pool area was clean but the pool itself was quite dirty and the filter around the pool wasn’t working at all which made the outside area flood all the time. Buffet was decent and the restaurant and bar areas were clean and tidy. Staff was friendly and helpful though a lack of communication amongst departments made simple requests challenging. Overall, the property is in need of urgent maintenance work for a much comfortable stay.
