    The location is fantastic, offering easy access to nearby attractions, while the cleanliness of the property stands out. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience. Parking and Wi-Fi were both hassle-free, and the breakfast options were satisfying. However, the facilities could use some improvement, particularly in terms of heaters, but overall it was a solid stay with good amenities.

    I had a stay here on 15th August. HIGHLIGHTS: The room photos here in Agoda is different from the actual rooms there. The room price would certainly not justify the type of room they offer. The staff is not good at all, third class hospitality you would receive in the price of 4 star hotels. Very average food To reach the location you need to do good offroading of 20-30 mins from Bhimtal. The view is good from the common area for the lake, but room view would be forest or tree view. Please do not expect lake view. Please do not book this one! Try another stay
