    I had a 3 night stay at Saket 27 Hotel between 2nd and 5th October, 2026. I found the location quite convenient and it was also easy to reach by a cab from the airport. It is at the beginning of Mandir Marg in Saket. The entire staff in the hotel was polite, friendly, courteous, cheerful, and helpful. But I was not happy with my room and the facilities provided. Mine was supposed to be a Premium room. The room door not have an outside view. And I was not happy with quality of bed linen, towels, furniture, and the toiletries. The positioning of the western toilet in the bathroom was inconvenient. The bathroom Floor and tiles were not clean enough. They claimed to have a fitness centre which really excited me. But it was terribly disappointing when I went down and had a look. It was an apology for a gym and in a ramshackle state with just one or two machines which too appeared to be in disuse. However, the quality of the complimentary breakfast was excellent and more than made up for my dissatisfaction with the room. Every item on the table was tasty and delicious and every day had a different variety of food items. Corn flakes, bread, fresh cut fruits, and eggs in any form are available daily. The staff in the breakfast dining hall too are highly customer friendly, cheerful, efficient, and provide excellent service with a smile. On the whole, I was happy with my hotel stay and I think it was certainly value for money. It would be great if they could address the issues I had mentioned with regard to the room
